    Are they not being given time to put on their PPE after their designated start time? Sounds like the company wants a few free minutes from the employee, every employee should be paid for every minute of their time...period.

    Every human resource person on the planet should be blackballed from getting a job at any company everywhere for the rest of their lives. There is very few things in any industry more scummy than human resources. Don't ever trust these bozos they never have your best interests at heart they're always there to screw you and protect the company even when the company is doing something illegal if you ever feel like you should go talk to HR about a problem at work contact an employment attorney instead

    the inflation of 1 dollar from 2019->2023 is about $1.20, if your wife spent $250, your bill is now $300. Maybe look into why your wife is spending $450.
